Sippability: Not overbearing, with a medium finish. Extremely easy to drink and enjoy.
Our 2017 Chardonnay pairs well with:
- all types of seafood from shell fish to grilled fish.
- a variety of raw seafood dishes, including sushi or sashimi.
- lobster, crab & other fatty fishes.
- chicken, veal & pork.
- a wide variety of hard, soft and even creamy cheeses.

NAME: Chardonnay.
PRONUNCIATION: “shar dn AY"; "shar doh NAY".
ORIGIN: France, Burgandy.
NOTABLE REGIONS: Australia, California, New Zealand, Italy, Canada, Burgandy, Chablis, Champagne.
GRAPE COLOR: Light green in color.
WINE COLOR: Deep gold.
WINE SWEETNESS: Dry.
OAK: Stainless, then finished in Oak.
BODY: Generally full bodied but greatly influenced by the climate of the area they are produced in.
TANNIN: Minimal.
ACIDITY: High acidity.
ABV: 13.5 to 14.5%
FRUIT TASTE: Tropical fruits,melons, mineral qualities, citrus & green apple.
OTHER TASTE: A touch of wet stones, yeast & toasted hazelnuts.
AROMA: smoke, vanilla, chamomile, walnut & honey.
